Chroma Arcade operates as a subscription-based gaming platform that provides access to a library of premium games through monthly or daily subscription plans.
Subscription Service Disclosure
When you subscribe to Chroma Arcade, you are entering into a recurring subscription agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or daily, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize Chroma Arcade to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle. The transaction will appear on your billing statement as "Chroma Arcade" or our payment processor's name.
Subscription Terms
- Monthly Subscriptions: You will be charged the monthly subscription fee at the time of signup and automatically every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
- Daily Subscriptions: You will be charged a one-time fee for single day access with no automatic renewal.
- You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring transaction (for monthly subscriptions).
- You will receive a receipt after each successful transaction.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
